ORIFLAME

Inspiring Office Design for a Swedish Natural Cosmetics Brand

Our professional office interior design project for this beauty cosmetics company in Warsaw was crafted to reflect their brand’s essence—Swedish Natural Cosmetics. Inspired by the serene landscapes of Swedish fields, from which the company sources its ingredients, we created a workspace that embodies nature, sustainability, and elegance.

Thoughtful office space planning experts approach brought the company’s vision to life. We integrated different species of herbs into the design, assigning them to various office areas based on their function. This thematic approach not only enhances the workspace’s aesthetics but also reinforces the brand’s identity. Our office space planning experts ensured a smart layout that optimizes workflow, promotes collaboration, and enhances employee well-being.

As part of our corporate office design services, we carefully planned a welcoming and representative reception area, embodying the company’s natural philosophy while maintaining a sleek and professional aesthetic. The workspace features bespoke furniture and a curated color palette aligned with the brand’s identity, ensuring a harmonious and cohesive environment.

The coworking space was designed to bring employees together in a dynamic and inspiring setting. Using natural materials and natural color scheme, as well as incorporating plans into the interior design, we created a workplace that fosters creativity, productivity, and well-being—key goals of our workplace design services.

By seamlessly integrating the brand’s core values into the workspace, we transformed this office into more than just a functional environment—it became a powerful extension of the company’s identity. Our office interior consultancy focused on selecting high-quality materials, customized furniture, and a nature-inspired concept that leaves a lasting impression on both employees and visitors.
